Based on years of data, user-interviews, and internal creative vision, a 100+ page guide was crafted in-house that outlined core values, visual styles, and brand voice/tone.

Email Designs

Designed with ADA compliance in mind, the approach was to focus on the beautiful photography and brand values, while keeping the UI/UX as simple as possible. The design is an authentic experience that is both premium and appealing, resulting in a strong improvement of conversions over the previous design.

Limited Edition Boxes & Promotions

Each year, Bokksu would launch a few limited drops of collectible custom designed boxes or Japan-exclusive items.
